The proposed refinery is designed to process 10–20 tonnes of crude palm kernel oil per day, operating for approximately 300 working days annually. The plant will source crude oil from local producers, cooperatives, and aggregators, and process it using modern refining technology to produce high-quality RBD palm kernel oil. The facility will also include packaging units to supply finished products in both bulk and retail formats, thereby maximizing revenue opportunities.

From a financial perspective, the project offers strong profitability potential due to the consistent demand for refined palm kernel oil, the availability of raw materials, and the multiple market segments it serves. By integrating refining and packaging operations, the business can capture higher margins and establish a strong market presence. Additionally, the by-products of refining processes can be utilized or sold, further enhancing revenue streams.
